1. Assisting the marketing team in solving customers' technical problems and incorporating customers' new requirements into the company's internal systems;
2. Leading product design and development, compiling technical documents, and instructing the production system to ensure timely delivery;
3. Developing test outlines, participating in product verification, and improving product design;
4. Leading or assisting in handling technical issues during the production and delivery of mass-produced products.

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, vehicle engineering and other mechanical related majors;
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in connector R&D, proficient in CAD, UG, Creo, or other drawing software;
3. In-depth knowledge of injection molding, die-casting, stamping, machining and other processing technologies, as well as related mold structures;
4. In-depth knowledge of the IATF16949 system and relevant design standards, and experience in handling OEM audits;
5. Innovative thinking, good communication skills, and strong team spirit;
6. Experience in developing charging piles and charging sockets preferred.
