1. Designing the structure of high-frequency and high-speed connectors and creating the process flow for RF connectors;
2. Conducting feasibility studies on the mass production of high frequency and high-speed connectors;
3. Calculating the overall cost of the products including design, manufacturing, and quality costs and ensuring their reliability;
4. Coordinating and communicating with customers, proposing solutions in time, and conducting feasibility studies;
5. Collaborating with marketing personnel to promote products and expand the application of products;
6. Addressing product problems and proposing improvement plans to optimize the process flow;
7. Developing product specifications and experimental testing requirements to meet customer needs.

1. Extensive experience in connector structure design;
2. In-depth knowledge of performance specifications of high-frequency/high-speed connectors;
3. In-depth knowledge of the performance specifications of materials commonly used in connectors;
4. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the difference between high-frequency and high-speed connectors;
5. In-depth knowledge of testing principles;
6. Proficient in UG, Proe, and CAD, allowing for efficient product design;
7. Strong team spirit.
