Communicating effectively with customers using phone calls, emails, and visits to understand their needs, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets;
Building strong relationships with customers, maintaining good customer relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities to establish long-term cooperation;
Developing sales plans and guiding subordinates to expand business and achieve sales targets;
Be willing to travel for long periods of time and possessing excellent communication skills.
Job requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of electronic components for original manufacturers or agents, sales experience to industrial customers or new energy industry preferred;
Capability to analyze and solve business problems independently;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to identify business opportunities;
Experience in the industry of new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, or related fields preferred.
